Our ordering process is very simple. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. This means the order has been registered in our system.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within the first 8 hours after placing it. To do so, contact our customer service team at Support@aracki.com. After this period, we will begin processing your order for shipment.

Processing and Delivery

It takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping service. The package will arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time is approximately 8-13 business days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or transportation delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged package or incorrect item, please take photos of the issue and contact us at Support@aracki.com We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
