Cancellations
When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been registered in our system. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, so the time to cancel your order is limited to 8 hours from the time of purchase.
To cancel your order for any reason, simply write to us at Support@aracki.com with your order number.
Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order is already being prepared or shipped. Additionally, our full operation is from Monday to Friday, so cancellations are not processed over the weekend.
A refund of the total transaction amount will be made, minus a 9% processing fee.
If more than 8 hours have passed since you placed your order, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can return the items by following the instructions in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
