How to start the return process?
Not satisfied with your purchase? At any time within 30 days after accepting the package, you can start a return process. As a first step, contact Support@aracki.com and provide your order number and what you intend to return.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and also for the package until it reaches our warehouse (we will provide you with a return address by email, as well as the return form). For this reason, we suggest using a delivery service with tracking.
Not all items are eligible for return; they must meet these basic conditions: unwashed, unused, and with original tags. When we receive your return, we will evaluate it and notify you by email if we accept it.
Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of the order. To start the process, contact Support@aracki.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive your package and confirm it meets the conditions (new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags), we will process your refund within 10 days using the same payment method.
If after 15 days from our confirmation you have not received the refund, please contact us again.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items.
If you want to change the size, color, or receive an alternative item, contact us at Support@aracki.com. indicating your order number and the exchange you want to make.
We will provide you with instructions and the return address. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-refundable items:
The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned: beauty, bodysuits, masks, underwear/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear.
Damaged product
Has your package arrived damaged? That’s unfortunate, and we will take care of it immediately. Please take photos and contact us at Support@aracki.com with a brief explanation of what is wrong.
Did you choose the wrong size, color, or something else?
As with the previous case: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand this is inconvenient and will do our best to resolve it.
