Frequently Asked Questions
People contact our customer service and often ask the same questions over and over. Here is a summary of the most common questions (and answers):
1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our order processing time is 1-3 days and the transit time is 7-10 days.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes, once the order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking code. You can then use it on our tracking page.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes.
4. My order is delayed, what should I do?
Please allow up to 3 additional days beyond the delivery time. If your package still hasn’t arrived, get your order number and contact us at Support@aracki.com
5. Did I receive the wrong size or color?
Same as above: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand it’s frustrating and will do our best to resolve it.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 16:30 (UTC+0)
Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 to 14:00 (UTC+0)
